What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 3+ years experience in financial planning or business consulting
- Strong presentation skills with ability to explain complex topics simply
- Experience working with small to medium enterprises preferred

Your Day-to-Day
- Develop educational materials covering budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies
- Conduct virtual workshops for groups of 15-25 business owners

- Provide one-on-one guidance sessions with program participants
Business Development Coordinator
You'll be the bridge between Nevixa Learn and the businesses we serve. This role involves building relationships with chambers of commerce, industry associations, and business networks across KwaZulu-Natal and beyond. You understand that trust comes first, sales second.
Essential Requirements
- 2-4 years in business development or relationship management
- Proven track record of building partnerships in South African market
- Strong networking abilities with existing business connections preferred
- Experience with CRM systems and partnership tracking
- Valid driver's license for regional travel
- Natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people
What This Role Involves
- Identify and approach potential corporate partners for group training programs
- Attend local business events and chambers of commerce meetings

Digital Learning Designer
